To achieve full control over production, logistics, and administration, Technologické centrum decided to invest in an in-house developed ERP system — fully customized for the unique needs of a modern metal fabrication environment.
Challenge
Traditional ERP systems in the manufacturing sector often fail to address the specific workflows and optimization requirements of precision machining. Technologické centrum required a flexible and scalable solution that could connect production planning, material management, and back-office operations under one digital platform.
The key challenges included implementing capacity planning, advanced nesting optimization algorithms for sheet cutting, and supporting both office users and workshop operators through an intuitive, multi-window web interface and connected desktop terminals.
Our Approach
ITIXO developed a comprehensive web-based ERP system designed specifically for the metalworking industry. The main web application contains hundreds of dynamic screens covering production, planning, and administration, complemented by several desktop utilities for specialized integrations and tasks.
The system features a highly customizable user interface, including personalized filters, layouts, and workflows. It also incorporates a built-in code and screen generator for faster development of new modules. Integration with existing systems such as BYZNYS (accounting) and LaserQuote ensures data consistency across all business processes.

The new ERP platform provided Technologické centrum with a unified and efficient environment for managing production and business operations. The combination of custom workflows, optimization algorithms, and responsive UI significantly reduced manual work and improved decision-making in real time.
