To support its customer-first approach and optimize property management processes, Heimstaden Czech sought to modernize internal workflows through digital transformation and process automation.

Challenge

Managing thousands of rental units requires efficient coordination between field technicians, customer service representatives, and tenants. Heimstaden’s existing processes relied heavily on manual data entry and paper-based forms, leading to delays, errors, and inconsistent communication.

The company needed a unified digital platform to streamline service requests, maintenance tracking, and communication between all involved parties — improving transparency, data accuracy, and response times.

Our Approach

ITIXO developed an integrated ecosystem of applications tailored to Heimstaden’s operational structure. The solution includes a mobile application for field technicians, a web portal for back-office staff, and a customer-facing web application for tenants to submit and track requests.

All components are connected through a set of backend services that handle authentication, workflow management, and real-time data synchronization. The system digitalizes previously manual forms, standardizes communication flows, and ensures seamless collaboration between tenants, service teams, and internal departments.

Result

The new digital platform significantly improved Heimstaden’s service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Field technicians can now receive and update work orders directly in the mobile app, while customer service representatives manage requests and updates through a centralized web interface.
