To strengthen ITIXO Creative's graphics team, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer.
We are looking for a UX designer who will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for mobile and web applications. You will communicate daily with product management and developers, and you will also participate in creating interactive and visual specifications. All this will be applied to long-term projects in modern offices in the center of Ostrava. You can also expect a fair salary including bonuses and company benefits.
Experience with designing responsive websites and mobile applications
Excellent knowledge and proficiency in Figma
Proactive approach, independence, and the ability to communicate within a team and present proposed solutions
Continuous awareness and knowledge of UX/UI trends, processes, and methodologies
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and meticulousness
Knowledge of English
Reading and analyzing UX data from tools like Smartlook, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and others
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud platform
Experience with designing and implementing A/B tests
A knack for language and the ability to write short, engaging texts
Experience with validating UX/UI designs
Experience with mentoring junior colleagues
